• July 2025: Box Coauthoring Feature for Microsoft Office Desktop Application can now be requested through our ASCENT Premium Service Form.

• June 2025: Accenture Box Web Application's Session Timeout is adjusted to 2 hours.

• November 2024: Once you deactivate your subscription in the Box Software Catalog Page, your account will be deleted but your data will be retained. However, all collaborators will be removed. If you wish to restore access, you will need to re-add the collaborators.

• August 2023: The Box Drive login experience will be modified on August 28th 2023. Authentication will be redirected to the Box web authentication page, rather then in the Box Drive app. Please refer to this link for detailed information Box Drive: Installation and Authentication section.
